about leslie & the beastlies
Leslie is the creator of the Beastlies! She spends her days sculpting each one individually. Leslie Page Levings was born in 1981 in Kansas City and earned her BA in Studio Art and English at Scripps College in 2004. She currently lives in Los Angeles among the dubious characters of Team Atrox. Leslie sculpts the weekly webcomics found on TheAtrox.com and contributes to other aspects of the content as well.

The Lair of the Dreaded Atrox burst forth into the world in 2005, launched by an uneasy alliance of childhood friends from Kansas City who had all washed up on the teeming shores of Los Angeles. They needed a place to stash their webcomics, videos, and assorted odds and ends, and the internet seemed as good a place as any.
